About Us
We are the PUP Association of Concerned Computer Engineering Students for Service (PUP ACCESS), the official student organization of the Computer Engineering Department at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. We are committed to unlocking the potential of computer engineering students by creating avenues and services that provide valuable knowledge, experiences, and opportunities to fulfill their academic, co-curricular, and extracurricular needs and concerns. Currently, the organization comprises 19 dedicated Officers, along with Junior ACCESS Officers and Subordinates, serving over 1,500 students in the Computer Engineering Department of the university. The organization has been yearly revalidated by the PUP Student Council Commission on Student Organizations and Accreditation (PUP SC COSOA) and the PUP Student Council Commission on Audit (PUP SC COA), upholding transparency, accountability, and organizational excellence.

7/1/2026The recent ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐: ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ซ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐๐๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ was a monumental success. Last July 1, our sophomore CoEbigans gathered at the PUP Bulwagang Balagtas to celebrate a major milestone in their academic and professional journey. From the inspiring messages to the solemn pledge and the highly anticipated wearing of the hard hats, every moment captured the dedication and hard work of our future engineers. A massive thank you to every student, competitor, and supporter who poured their energy, talent, and hard work into making this happen. The CPE spirit and dedication are absolutely unmatched. From the first shuffle to the final play, our Junior ACCESS Officers have proven theyโre ready to take the lead, master the systems, and run the table with excellence. Weโve laid out the strategies, clarified the roles, and built the foundation for the next generation of Computer Engineering leaders. The stakes were high, but the JAOs played their cards perfectly.
